Moscow(ANN)-Russia declares immediate ceasefire after The two sides held a second meeting and agreed to establish a transit route for aid.
According to a recent report today by the Russian Media news agency Sputnik, the ceasefire has begun at 6GMT.

Talks between Russia and Ukraine are ongoing, and the parties have agreed to continue talks in neighboring Blerusia.
Russia’s announcement of a ceasefire comes after it took control of Ukraine’s nuclear facilities, the country with the largest number of nuclear weapons in Europe.
It also coincided with the capture of Ukraine’s second-largest city and strategic southern ports by Russian forces.
