Hargeisa(ANN)-Somaliland President Ahmed Mohamoud Silanyo has congratulated Uhuru Kenyatta President,The Republic of Kenya on his victory in the Kenyan presidential election, expressing hope that the relations between the two countries In his message to the newly-elected Kenyan President, Siilanyo said.
