Somaliland – Hargeisa(ANN)-An in-depth discussion on electoral efforts in many countries, including Somaliland, and the impact of holding elections on the global spread of Covid-19, was held at the Hargeisa Cultural Center.

Participants discussed the debate on democracy in Africa and how COVID-19, has affected some countries, resulting in the executive powers of governments such as Somaliland, Ethiopia and Kenya being affected by COVID-19, in preparation for elections.
