New York(ANN)-The Center for Justice and Accountability (CJA) has released a video Documenting the genocide of the Somaliland people by the military regime of Mohamed Siad Barre in early 1988.

The center, based in the United States, says many of the military commanders who massacred Somalilanders have taken refuge in the United States, where they live freely, without justice.

The Somaliland genocide or Holocaust

The video, produced by the CJA, features a number of officials who massacred civilians in the 1980s in the northern regions of the Somali Republic, now the Republic of Somaliland,some of whom are being questioned.
