The purpose of Ahmed, a citizen of Somaliland, who was given the award by the American Ambassador, is to encourage people who are active in human rights issues and to show support so that people who campaign for human rights issues can be encouraged.
The American ambassador to Somalia, Mr. Richard, said that this certificate of honor was awarded to Hussein Somaliland, and it also shows the role he took in helping people who were arrested for political issues and those who were sent to prisons, who those expressing their thoughts, and their thoughts.
