Dear Secretary Blinken:

My name is Hassan Mogeh Hirsi, an American Somalilander and former US marine. I would like
to borrow a few minutes out of your precious time to address you with some issue that is dear
to me. Dear Mr. Secretary, the focal point of writing this letter to you is to express my and my
other fellow American Somalilanders disappointment with the United States policy toward Somaliland, and the way they are treated.
