“Guddida Fulinta ee xisbiga WADDANI oo shir yeeshay maanta (shalay), waxayna ka doodayeen oo ajandaha ay isugu yimaadeen uu ahaa qabashada shirweynihii xisbiga WADDANI, markaa dood dheer kadib, waxa ay Guddida Fulintu si wadajir ah isugu raaceen in shirweynaha xisbiga dib loo dhigo muddo sannad ah, taasoo ka bilaabmaysa 9 April 2018, waayo shirweynihii hore waxa uu qabsoomay 8 ilaa 9 April 2012, waxayna ahayd in hadda la qabto 9 April 2018, balse dib ayaa loo dhigay muddo sannad ah,” ayuu yidhi Xoghayaha Guud ee xisbiga WADDANI.
Waxa kaloo uu faahfaahin ka bixiyey sababaha keenay in dib loo dhigo shirweynaha xisbiga WADDANI. “Guddida Fulintu waxa ay tix-geliyeen;
1. Qodobka 16-aad ee xeerka xisbiga WADDANI oo lagu sameeyey kaabis iyo wax-ka-beddel.
2. In dalka Somaliland ay dhawaan ka qabsoontay doorashadii Madaxtooyada ee la qabtay 13 November 2017, taas oo culays badan kaga tagtay dalka iyo dadkaba.
3. In taageerayaasha qurbo-joogga ah oo si weyn uga soo qaybgalay doorashadii Madaxtooyada ee dalka ka dhacday oo ay ku adagtahay inay si dhakhso ah ugu soo noqdaan dalka mar kale, maadaama ay qayb muhiim ah ka yihiin shirweynaha xisbiga.
4. Iyadoo ay innagu soo fool leeyihiin qabashada doorashada Golaha Wakiillada iyo Golayaasha Degaanka Somaliland oo ah laba doorasho oo isa saaraan, culays badana leh, una baahan diyaargaraw aad u u badan, iyadoo uu shirweynuhu u baahan yahay waqti iyo diyaargaraw ballaadhan,” ayuu yidhi Xoghayaha Guud ee xisbiga mucaaridka ah ee WADDANI Md. Maxamed Cabdillaahi Uurcadde.
